PREWORK CORE is an ultra-concentrated pre-workout with stimulants made from beta-alanine, citrulline, creatine, arginine, taurine, guarana and anhydrous caffeine, so that we get more out of our workouts and enhance the results we seek.
Recommended daily dose: 15g
Net weight: 300g powder. Directions: Take 1 dose a day, 20 or 30 minuts before training. Add 15g of product with the dispenser, pour water or another liquid (approx. 250 ml) and shake. FOOD SUPPLEMENT BASED ON CARBOHYDRATES, AMINO ACIDS, CREATINE, CAFFEINE AND GUARANA EXTRACT. LEMON-LIME FLAVOR. Recommended dayle dose: 15 g/day (correspond to 2 measures / day of the dispenser included inside).
